2. Booking and Confirmation
- Booking: All bookings can be made through our website, over the phone, or via email. By making a booking, you confirm that the details provided are accurate and complete.
- Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email or message from us. We reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request at our discretion.
3. Service Terms
- Scope of Services: Our cleaning services are performed according to the specific instructions and requirements agreed upon at the time of booking. Any changes or additional services may incur additional charges.
- Access: You are responsible for providing access to the property at the agreed-upon time. If we are unable to access the property, you may be charged a no-show fee as outlined below.
- Safety and Hazardous Conditions: We reserve the right to refuse service if the property is in a hazardous condition or if our staff feel unsafe. In such cases, a cancellation fee may apply.

4. Pricing and Payment
- Pricing: Prices for our services are provided at the time of booking and are subject to change based on the scope and complexity of the work required. Prices are not subject to VAT.
- Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed. We accept payment via bank transfer or cash only. An invoice will be issued upon request.

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling

- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking at any time. In the event of such cancellation, we will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to arrange an alternative appointment.
- No-Show Policy: If our team arrives at the property and cannot access it or start the service, a no-show fee equivalent to 50% of the quoted price will apply.
6. Liability and Insurance
- Insurance: We carry comprehensive public liability insurance to cover any accidental damage caused by our team during the course of our services. A copy of our insurance certificate is available upon request.
- Customer Responsibilities: It is your responsibility to secure any fragile, valuable, or sensitive items before our team begins the cleaning service. We are not liable for damage to items that are not properly secured.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, or any other unforeseen event.

- Quality Assurance: We strive to provide high-quality cleaning services to our customers. If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us within 24 hours of the service date. We will work with you to resolve any issues, including offering a re-clean if necessary.
